End User License Agreement

Seals & Stripes LLC — SS Automation

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Seals & Stripes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the SS Automation application (“Application”).

 

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

 

1. License Grant

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business purposes within Seals & Stripes LLC. This Application is not intended for public distribution or use by third parties.

 

2. Description of the Application

 

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s API to retrieve financial data, including invoices and customer information, for internal reporting and operational purposes.

 

3. Restrictions

 

You may not:

  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the Application available to third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share QuickBooks Online credentials or access tokens obtained through the Application with unauthorized individuals.

 

4. Data Use

 

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data solely for internal business operations. Data retrieved through the Application is used only for generating internal reports and is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

The Application and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the property of Seals & Stripes LLC.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEALS & STRIPES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

 

8. Termination

 

We may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete any copies in your possession.

 

9. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

10. Changes to This Agreement

 

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
