Included in our work order is an itemized timeline and communication flyers so all impacted people are well-informed about what and to expect and when the work will be performed. This timeline includes:

A calendar of events established well in advance to eliminate surprises and allow people to plan appropriately
A map of parking lot closures with dates and times included when certain sections will be unavailable

Even though the process is faster and less labor-intensive for us, we don’t spray the product onto your parking lot because the saturation is not as effective. We use a two-coat system to spread the materials to ensure the product penetrates the asphalt down to the base, which will extend the life of your paved surfaces.
