Seals & Stripes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of data accessed through the SS Automation application (“Application”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information obtained through the Application.

 

1. Information We Access

 

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s API and may access the following types of data:

  • Invoice information (invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, payment status)
  • Customer names and contact information associated with invoices
  • Company financial summaries

 

2. How We Use Information

 

All data accessed through the Application is used exclusively for:

  • Generating internal business reports for Seals & Stripes LLC operations
  • Tracking overdue invoices and accounts receivable
  • Preparing materials for internal meetings

 

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to Seals & Stripes LLC’s internal business operations.

 

3. Data Sharing

 

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share QuickBooks Online data with third parties. Data accessed through the Application remains within Seals & Stripes LLC’s internal systems.

 

The only exceptions are:

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Seals & Stripes LLC.

 

4. Data Storage and Security

 

  • Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is stored on secure, access-controlled systems.
  • OAuth 2.0 tokens used to access QuickBooks Online are stored locally on encrypted, password-protected devices and are not transmitted to third-party servers.
  • Access to the Application and its data is restricted to authorized personnel of Seals & Stripes LLC.

 

5. Data Retention

 

Financial data retrieved through the Application is retained only as long as necessary for internal business purposes. OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically and old tokens are overwritten, not archived.

If you are a user of the Application and wish to:

  • Know what data has been accessed through your QuickBooks Online account
  • Request deletion of locally stored data

8. Children’s Privacy

 

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
